Thanks to modern technologies, foam rubber has received not only a new name, but also acquired a lot of new and useful qualities that made it possible to use it in the production of mattresses. Thanks to the technology of mixing in certain proportions of substances, polyurethane foam, containing 90% air in its composition, acquires basic characteristics such as elasticity, heat resistance, density and hardness. There is an opinion that when the mattress, which contains this polymer, is heated to body temperature, a specific odor appears, caused by the release of harmful components that make up the polyurethane foam. Therefore, it was believed that the use of this material as a filler for a mattress is unsafe. But in fairness, it should be noted that the toxicity of this filler occurs only if the production technology is not followed. FILZ

LATEXED COCONUT THE COIR

Coconut coir is 100% natural material. The raw material for it is coconut, or rather the fibers that cover its shell. Basically, mattress manufacturers use the cushioning properties of coconut fibers that nature has given them. However, these fibers must undergo a special treatment before becoming a full-fledged functional layer or base for a mattress.

At the same time, it will not lose its original natural qualities, such as breathability, hygroscopicity, elasticity and ability to retain heat. LATEX CARPET

Latex is made from the sap of the Hevea tree (rubber tree). To improve consumer properties, latex is perforated – i.e. in the finished monoblock, micro-holes are made through which air passes freely. The density of natural latex allows you to closely follow the contours and shapes of the body. Thanks to this factor, the spine assumes the correct physiological position during sleep. Due to the high content of natural rubber elastomer in the latex, this material perfectly adapts to body contours, eliminating points of increased pressure and providing uniform support to the spine.
